My Old Kentucky Home

I am finally home after four long months in sunny Mexico, and as exciting as it was to arrive home, I was still pretty sad to leave all the friends I made. On our last Friday we had three going away parties, and the hardest to say goodbye to were all those little baby faces. They are so precious, and I will never forget teaching all of them. We had cake for breakfast with our culture class, then cake for our afternoon party, and then our dinner party. We were stuffed full of yummy food, and worn out from all the hugs and kisses from out students, and had a bag full of sweet gifts from different families. It was a great way to end a wonderful semester teaching english.
